Dr. Bolen is an experienced, caring psychologist who will work with you to help you to feel better about yourself and your life.  Dr. Bolen utilizes a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, teaching patients different ways of thinking about things and different ways of handling situations.  The focus is on feeling better today and setting up for an improved future, dealing with the past only as it impacts on current problems.  Dr. Bolen is an active therapist, offering plenty of feedback and suggestions throughout the course of therapy.  Therapy is conducted in a relaxed, comfortable manner, with plenty of humor to help patients to remain at ease. Dr. Bolen conducts individual therapy with adults of all ages.
